The resort was clean & the service was 5 star. We opted to upgrade our room to a premier room, which gave us our own private jacuzzi on our balcony And our own private butler. Carlos Miranda (our butler) and Jose Becerra (his assistant) made our vacation much more enjoyable. Anything we needed, these guys made it happen. They even surprised us one night with chilled Champagne and fresh fruits slipped in our room for us. We don’t drink champagne, but it was very sweet of them to do this for us. Most of our time of the resort was spent at the pool. Our poolside Waiter was Hugo. Our drinks never any even brought us food to poolside from the restaurant nearby. His service was top-notch! These three guys definitely made our trip so much more enjoyable. The resort was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay there.
The resort was absolutely beautiful. Well maintained and staff was always so courteous and willing to help. It was our first time in Puerta Vallarta and this resort made the trip wonderful. Will definetly be back.
